Built by driving school owners who got tired of fake certificates

RoadVerified is made by DMV Zone. We have owned and run a New Jersey driving school for over 20 years. We are instructors first, and we built the tool we always needed.

What we saw from the front seat

Over 20 years, we have seen every trick. Students ask for their certificate before they finish their hours. People try to get a blank certificate, or a copy of someone else's, so they can fill in their own name. An insurance discount is worth hundreds of dollars a year, so the paper is worth faking.

Insurance agents call us to ask, “Is this certificate real?” For most schools, the only answer is to dig through a filing cabinet.

Then AI arrived. Today anyone can make a perfect-looking certificate in a minute, with any school's logo and any signature. A certificate that is only paper can no longer be trusted, no matter how good it looks.

We fill in these forms every week. We know the state hour minimums, the forms, and what an insurer needs to see. Every rule in RoadVerified comes from doing the job.

We know how people cheat

We built every safeguard around a trick we have seen: edited PDFs, borrowed school names, copied signatures, certificates issued before the hours were done.

Priced for small schools

We are a driving school ourselves. We priced RoadVerified so a one-car school can afford it, and we will never sell student data.

Our own name is on it

Our own school's certificates go through RoadVerified too. If it fails, it fails us first.

Our mission: safer roads

A training certificate is a promise. It tells a parent, an insurer and the DMV that a new driver really sat behind the wheel with a licensed instructor for the hours on the page. When certificates are easy to fake, students skip lessons, honest schools lose out, and untrained drivers end up on the road.
